I think about reliable business and web solutions, and how to make them useable.

It's part data, part business knowledge, and part style.

Beyond the complexity of software itself, such as database design, lie problems which are often neglected, such as how to make employees or customers actually want to use a system. Things can get awfully bad. Data can enter a state of total disarray, and businesses can fail due to software that either doesn't do its job or makes it frustrating to actually do it properly.

Sometimes what you need is new software. Other times, a new view into an old system, such as when it would be too complex to actually replace. Either way - contact me! Maybe we can work something out.

To come.
